Policy: Customers may return for online store credit any unused, unworn item, with tags attached. Items purchased online must be returned by mail to the return address listed below. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. **CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY will be extended until January 15th with receipt.** Online Returns Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive online credit.

Online purchases MUST be returned by mail. Val's Boutique Online and Val's Boutique Knoxville (our storefront) are run separately.

No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our behalf- ONLY ONLINE CREDIT

ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.

Gift Cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, shoes and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are not accepted at this time- Customer will receive an online credit and may place another order for a new item.

If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of the package's original delivery.

Original shipping is not refundable.

If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, the customer is subject to a 10% restock fee.
