Whether it is submitted for shipping from our own warehouse or submitted for shipping to a Manufacturer Fulfillment center. The faster you place your order the faster you get entered into the queue for shipping.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING DELAY

Please allow up to 5-7 days for orders to ship once the order shows as "Processed."

SHIPPING LOCATION

We ship within the United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military, and air force bases.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Kangaroo Hoppers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Kangaroo Hoppers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason within 30 days of the received date, we're here to help. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

•Returned items must be in new condition with all packaging (internal and external), accessories and manuals and accompanied by the original sales invoice.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps.

2. Wait for our support team to review your return and contact you.

3. We do not have the return label and no pick-up service, please send the items back to us by yourself. Please note that since there's no defect in the product, the customer needs to pay the full cost of the return shipping.

How long does it take?

•It may take our team up to 7 working days to review your return request.

•Refunds will not be processed until our warehouse has received and assessed the returned items.

•Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be completed once a return has been approved.
