All items are in stock and ready to ship unless the item is marked as custom made or if a backorder date is indicated. All in stock items ship within 3-5 days. All backordered items can be pre-ordered to reserve the product and avoid further delays. Although these estimated dates are usually accurate, they are subject to change due to global supply chain challenges. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping and processing once your item is back in stock.

During these unprecedented times, shipping across all industries has been impacted, causing many unforeseen delays. Please check the lead time and shipping details on the individual product detail pages you are looking at. We thank you in advance for you patience and loyalty. There are no additional costs for US customs or duties.

We carry product from multiple suppliers across Canada and the US, therefor orders with multiple items may have different lead times as well as separate tracking numbers and shipping fees per item.

Most items offer the option between Standard Delivery and White Glove Delivery, with some large or fragile items only being offered with white glove delivery and smaller decor items only via courrier.

Standard Delivery

Items will be delivered to your doorstep. In most cases you will have the option to select Standard Delivery with Signature at checkout. Please be sure to measure your doorways prior to making your purchase to ensure the items will fit.

White Glove Delivery

This is the highest standard in delivery. Once the item is ready for delivery, the service provider will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. They will then call you 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery appointment. They will bring the items directly into the designated area in your house, unwrap and install the items and remove all packaging debris. They do not hang or install art or lighting. During the winter, snow in the driveway or entryway must be cleared by you prior to your delivery appointment. Your entryway and pathway to the designated area in your home must be cleared as well. They will not move any other furniture out of the way. Please be sure to measure your doorways prior to making your purchase to ensure the items will fit. Inspection must be made on the spot by the customer for any product damages or defects to be acknowledged before the delivery team leaves. Once the Proof of Delivery is signed, any damages found afterwards cannot be claimed.

If you are ordering to a beautiful remote location, additional charges may apply - after the order is placed we will provide you with a quote.

Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel. After which, the Returns Policy will take affect.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back to us.

We hope that you love your new piece of furniture or decor as much as we do, but we understand that shopping online can be difficult. That is why we are here for you to help you make your purchasing decisions or provide decorating tips along the way. Please ensure you measure your space and other items during your selection process. Our product description pages offer as much detail as possible to help you while you are shopping. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you would like to initiate a return, please obtain a return authorization number from customercare@maisonroseaux.com. Once obtained, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided RMA form, and send to the address provided by our Customer Care Team. If a return is authorized, our customers are responsible for return shipping and returning the item in adequate packaging. We are not liable for damaged items due to inadequate packaging by you. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less the original shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Must be unused and in perfect condition

Customer must contact Maison Roseaux for a Return Authorization #

Returned within 30 days from the time of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Item must be adequately packaged in original packaging,

if it is not packaged properly the item could be damaged in transit in which case the return would be invalid.

DAMAGES

Our suppliers are hand-picked for their high standards in quality and design, however, manufacturer defects or damages to product while in transit are rare but can happen. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customercare@maisonroseaux.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will reply within 24 hours to assess the damages. Please include in the email: your name, order #, item damaged, what the damage is and images of the item and the packaging. If you chose white glove delivery, you must inspect the item upon delivery and note any damages and sign the Proof of Delivery before the driver leaves. If you note a damage after they have left, the damage cannot be claimed.
