United Kingdom

Junipurr jewellery is usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95. Free UK delivery over £150.

European Union

We ship to all 27 EU member states via Standard International tracked service.

United States & Canada

International orders to the US and Canada are shipped via FedEx International Tracked .

BVLA Custom Orders

BVLA (Body Vision Los Angeles) pieces are made to order and require additional lead time before dispatch.

•Lead time: approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation, though this can vary and is subject to change

•Once your piece arrives at our studio, we will contact you to confirm dispatch

•Custom BVLA orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once placed, as each piece is made specifically for you

•Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as per your chosen region above

•You will receive a studio notification when your order is ready, and tracking details upon dispatch

For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched. As jewellery may have been opened, handled, tried on, fitted or worn, we are unable to resell returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Junipurr Lifetime Warranty

Junipurr jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against genuine manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, attempted fitting, modifications, or damage occurring after purchase.

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us. The item will be returned to Junipurr for inspection, and all warranty decisions are made by Junipurr following their assessment. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange the appropriate resolution, such as a repair or replacement, where applicable.

BVLA & Bespoke Jewellery

BVLA and all bespoke or custom-made jewellery is created specifically to your chosen design and specifications. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Please ensure all measurements, ring sizes, gemstones, metals and design details are correct before approving your order. Where alterations are possible after production has commenced, all manufacturer, labour and shipping costs associated with the alteration will be the responsibility of the customer. A quotation will always be provided before any work is undertaken.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, its packaging and any damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
