We ship all products from the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.

All orders include free shipping with full cargo insurance to the contiguous 48 states.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your card is pre-authorized at the time of purchase and charged within 3 business days as we verify stock and prepare your shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed to our freight carrier within 3 to 5 business days. Larger items such as commercial inflatables, water slides, and obstacle courses ship via freight and may take longer to process.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your shipment leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 8 days of your order date, please contact us at ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com .

Freight Deliveries

Large items are delivered via freight carrier (LTL). Freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver is not responsible for moving items inside your home or business. Please have help available to receive large items. Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, email photos to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com before signing or immediately after. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf at no cost to you. Do not refuse delivery — accepting the shipment and documenting damage is required to process a claim.

Out of Stock or Backordered Items

If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you by email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. You will have the option to wait, substitute, or receive a full refund.

Our return policy covers purchases made on this site only. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of undamaged, non-defective items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and return freight handling. The restocking fee is waived in full for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•Unused and in original, unassembled condition

•In original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation

•Not assembled, inflated, or used outdoors

Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email photos to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do not refuse the delivery — accept the shipment, document the damage, and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, contact us at ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com or call 1-844-325-8065. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The 20% restocking fee and original outbound shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

•Opened concession supplies (popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone ingredients)

•Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase

•Custom or special-order items
