SHIPPING AND HANDLINGMost of our products ship via common carrier freight because of the weight and size of the items. Freight carriers require that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment. The driver is NOT responsible for off-loading your items. Any additional delivery services like a liftgate or a delivery appointment are only available if they are expressly noted on your order. Off-loading a shipment is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for ANY injury you or anyone else receives from any part of the delivery process.

For some small items and orders we may have the ability to ship via standard ground service such as FedEx or UPS.

RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS You are responsible for checking the shipment and if necessary, either refusing it or noting damage upon receipt. If you do not do this, neither the carrier nor Actively Play will be responsible for any damages or charges associated with replacement of parts damaged in shipping that you accepted.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. ANY RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

REPLACING DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS Sometimes parts are damaged during shipping or missing. We reserve the right to replace the damaged or missing parts to correct the issue instead of sending out a complete replacement item or model. To receive replacement parts you'll need to take a complete inventory of all the parts received within 7 days. Then make a list of all the parts that are missing or damaged. You will also need to take photos of the damaged parts. Then contact us with the replacement parts list and photos for any damaged parts.

CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your order prior to it shipping, we will cancel the transaction and no fees or charges will apply.

If you wish to cancel after your order ships but before you receive it, you must refuse the shipment upon delivery. Your refund will be based upon our policies stated below.

Once you receive your order, returns are processed under our policies stated below.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS If you are dissatisfied with a product that you bought from Actively Play and wish to return it, call us at 1-866-725-4054. One of our Customer Service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning and obtaining your refund. Please have your order information ready when you call. Issues including shipping errors, defects, or damage can be resolved quickly and do not require return of the product to resolve. If you experience shipping errors, defects, or damage and chose not to accept our resolution then the return policies below will apply.

RETURN AND REFUND SPECIFICS

All playground equipment including playground structures, free standing equipment, swings, park furniture, fitness equipment, and custom playground equipment is not refundable and cannot be returned once a full or partial payment has been made. If a partial payment has been made then full payment is required on delivery.

Gaga ball pits, playground borders, rubber mulch, and playground mats, can be returned. Returns for these items will follow the following process.

•We will only accept a return on eligible items if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product.

•You are responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with returning an item.

•You are responsible for returning the product(s) to the facility we designate.

•All returned products MUST be returned in like-new condition in original packaging. If we receive products back that are damaged because of inadequate packing or partial use, your refund may at our sole discretion be reduced by the restocking fee AND an amount equal to the product we need to replace to make the returned products like new again.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. As you can imagine, this is because it takes significant effort to prepare a returned order for re-sale and of course, the returned products cannot be sold as new so we have to sell it at a discount.

•Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e., credit card, etc.).

•We will not accept returns for our products that you purchased elsewhere.

REFUND AMOUNTS Unless you cancel prior to your product shipping, the amount of your refund will be the result of the original invoice amount minus shipping charges (outbound plus if any, inbound) minus the restocking fee minus the price of any damaged product that we have to replace. Your refund will be issued after the product arrives at the facility we designate and we inspect the product for any damage.
