DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE

We offer FREE next-day delivery across Singapore (including hospitals) for all orders received before 3 pm SGT, on orders above $80. We deliver seven days a week.

Our office is open Monday - Saturday. If an order is placed on a Public Holiday, it will be processed and delivered on the next working day. For example, an order placed on Sunday and Monday is a public holiday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries will be made between 9 am-6:30pm by our wonderful in-house delivery team; LJ and Karon.

We offer a tracking service for your delivery. To track your order, please click here. Your tracking ID is the 5-digit order number provided.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer FREE same-day delivery for orders above $250. If your order is below $250, for an additional $15, our staff will expedite your order and deliver your gift on the same day. Orders must be placed before 3:00 pm to be delivered on the same day.

SELF-COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS

If you prefer to personally collect the product rather than having it sent, leave us a message with your order in the special order note box or via WhatsApp at +65 8952 5612.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Lovingly Signed ships gifts globally. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout, excluding customs or import duties paid by the person receiving the parcel (if applicable).

Delivery is done via our preferred courier service and takes on average between 4 to 8 working days. Please note that we do not offer PO Box delivery, as a signature is required upon delivery.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

We always try our best to ensure that your orders get to you or your recipient smoothly. However, if the delivery address is wrong, the recipient has left the hospital or there were no instructions given to leave the parcel somewhere safe, we'll need to charge a re-shipping fee of SG$10 for each additional delivery attempt.

We stand behind every item we send. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Where an order contains multiple items and only one item is faulty, we will replace the affected item only.

Change of mind returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and the security seal is unbroken. Once received and inspected, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please obtain proof of posting — items remain your responsibility until received by us.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

•Personalised items — any item customised with a name, date, or message

•Soft toys and plushies — excluded for hygiene and safety reasons

•Opened baby items — any baby product where the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken, for the health and safety of our little customers

•Final sale or clearance items

No formal exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, we genuinely care about your experience and will always do our best to find a resolution that works for you. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Gift returns

If the item was purchased as a gift, both the buyer and the recipient are welcome to contact us to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancelled orders

If you cancel before items are shipped or personalisation has begun, we will issue a full refund immediately. Please contact us as early as possible — personalised orders go into production quickly.
