Orders go out in the order in which they were received. We pull all items from our retail store floor and occasional inventory errors may occur. If your item is out of stock you can choose a replacement or refund. Items coming from multiple shipping locations may have a slight delay to be paired up.

Cancelled orders

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order before it ships out. In the event that we can catch it before it ships, there is a $4.95 non-refunable fee to cover our credit card fees which are not refundable to merchants.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders, personal care items, food, jewelry and holiday items are final sale. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

Please e-mail us with your order number at hello@goldenhourgiftco.com before sending your items back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@goldenhourgiftco.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
