All online orders are normally packed and shipped the same day (or next business day) from our studio in Kelowna, BC.

•Flat-rate trackable standard shipping is $10 CAD (5-8 business days)

•Free trackable standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD (5-8 business days)

•Flat-rate trackable express shipping is $25 CAD (3-5 business days)

•Flat-rate trackable express shipping is $15 CAD on orders over $250 CAD (3-5 business days)

•Orders normally ship the same day of purchase; you’ll receive a tracking email once dispatched.

Local Pickup

•Free in-store pickup is available at our studio in Kelowna.

•You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

United States of America

•Flat-rate standard shipping is $30 CAD (7-14 business days depending upon location).

•Orders normally ship the same day (or next business day); you'll receive a tracking email once dispatched.

•U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes, charged by US Customs upon delivery.

International Orders

•Flat-rate standard shipping to all other international destinations is $50 CAD (7-14 business days depending upon location).

•Orders normally ship the same day (or next business day); you'll receive a tracking email once dispatched.

•International orders are final sale. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of exchanges on international orders.

•Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, brokerage fees or import taxes charged by their country of residence.

Orders refused at delivery are subject to return shipping fees, original shipping costs, and any customs, duty, tariff, or brokerage charges incurred upon return. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and final sale items remain final sale if delivery is refused.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We accept returns on regular priced items within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Returns are issued as store credit only. Cash or card refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.

Sale or Clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items returned in worn, used, washed condition, or without original tags will not be accepted.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 7 days of confirmed delivery, as tracked by the shipping carrier.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Approved online returns are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Customer are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a carrier of their choice.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items returned in worn, used, washed condition, or without original tags will not be accepted.
