Orders typically ship out the next business day via your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). We will contact you if there will be any delays in shipping due to extenuating circumstances.

If the item is a gift, please feel free to add a note to the notes field in the cart to let us know if you would like to include a message or have the item gift wrapped with tissue.

Orders qualifying for free shipping (orders over $75 shipping within the US - some exclusions apply) will be shipped via USPS or UPS based on cost and speed of delivery.

You will receive an email after your order is shipped with the tracking info for your package. For international orders, please note that delivery timelines may be as long as 7 - 14 business days, and orders may be subject to customs delays.

Please remember that we can guarantee how quickly your order is shipped, but once it is picked up by a carrier, we have no control over how quickly it is delivered.

All packages are insured for the full value. If your package is not delivered as tracked by the carrier, please reach out to your local carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we can help file a claim.

Cancellations:Online orders may be modified or cancelled up until the time they are fulfilled and shipped. Email us at info@hopscotchstore.com or call us at 616-233-4008 to edit or cancel your order. Cancelled orders or items will be refunded immediately, but the refund may take 2-3 business days to appear on your card or account.Once an order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. At that point, you can request a return label to ship the order back once it arrives.Returns:Returns can be made for any reason within 45 days with a receipt to receive a full refund. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; credit card and PayPal refunds will be made to the card or account used in the original transaction.

Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Any open item or items not in their original packaging are non-returnable, unless the product is defective. Cloth diapers are non-returnable if they have been washed or worn.

Items returned without a receipt will be refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card and will be refunded at the current sale price. If you wish to make a return with a gift receipt, you may receive a store credit in the form of a gift card or we can issue a refund via the original payment method ( credit card or PayPal refunds will be made to the card or account used in the original transaction).

Defective items may be returned or exchanged at any time.

Exchanges:You may exchange an unopened item for a different size, style or item with or without a receipt. If the item being returned is of a lower value then the item(s) being purchased, the value of the returned item will be applied to your new purchase. If the exchange is being made without a receipt, the returned item will be exchanged at the current sale price.Some exchanges due to defects must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. If you have questions about an item and possible defects or damage, please send us an email at info@hopscotchstore.com and we will help determine if we are able to exchange the item, or if the exchange must be handled with the manufacturer.

Free Online Returns:

Online purchases may be returned in store or by mail. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier, and refunds will not be issued in these instances until an investigation has been completed by the carrier.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Once your online return is received by mail, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account that was used as the original method of payment. You will receive an email receipt of the refund. If your item is being exchanged, we will send out the new item as soon as possible and you will receive an email with new shipping information.

Your refund may take several days to process and appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please contact us at 616-233-4008 or info@hopscotchstore.com.

If you received an item as a gift and you wish to return it by mail, please let us know when you contact us and we can issue your refund as a store credit instead if you wish.
