We ship with care from our Mankato, MN shop via USPS or UPS to get you the best rate. Please allow 1-7 business days following shipment for delivery. All domestic orders ship with tracking.

If you've selected FREE in store pick up we will send you an email as soon as your order has been packaged and you can stop by at any regular store hours to pick up. Usually this is within 1-2 business days.

Special and custom orders can take 2-4 weeks to ship. Please be sure to check with us first if you have a near deadline. We are happy to help when we can and rush service is available at times.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are issued in store credit. Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchases. Any issues must be reported within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ bumbelou.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Any Damages or Issues must be reported within 30 days. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the packaging condition AND product condition to report damages. Damages that qualify will receive a refund via the method of payment. Unfortunately we often are not able to replace the product.

Undelivered or Missing PackagesWe ship with shipping insurance vis USPS and UPS only to the address specified in the order. If a package goes undelivered we can submit a claim with the shipping company. If a package is "Returned to Sender" we will issue you a refund when the package is delivered back to us. If it doesn't make it back to us and still is shown as undelivered we will then submit a claim. If the package shows as delivered but you feel you did not receive it you will need to contact the shipping company to request an investigation. Unfortunately when marked as delivered we no longer have any authority to submit a claim on your behalf. We often suggest talking directly with your local branch, delivery driver, and even asking neighbors if they may have received the package. Bumbelou is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the delivery service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we often cannot offer exchanges, but you are always welcome to purchase the additional item with the refunded store credit for any returned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund via store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store gift card for the product value less shipping costs paid.
