DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $100.00, before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged $9.90 for standard ground shipping & handling, or $6.90 if the order amount is below $50.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

•Our prices do not include any duty, taxes and VAT or any brokerage fees related to international shipping.

•You will be responsible for paying the duty, taxes, VAT and any brokerage fees related to your order.

•The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

•La Sultane de Saba is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

•All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Lost or Damaged Parcels In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon approval of the insurance claim, we will ship a replacement parcel to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the insurance process to resolve the issue.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNOPENED , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lasultanedesabausa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for domestic orders only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange shipment back to us at their own expense.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@lasultanedesabausa.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and all missing items will be deducted.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in situations where an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the customer is unable to receive or collect their package. In these cases, while we are willing to process a return and refund for the items purchased (subject to the return conditions being met and after deducting any applicable restocking fees), we cannot refund the original shipping fees or cover the costs associated with returning the items.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate and complete, and that arrangements are made to receive the package. We strongly encourage all our customers to double-check their shipping details upon order confirmation to avoid any delivery issues or additional charges.

Please also note: Any parcel that has been replaced through shipping insurance (due to loss, damage, or non-delivery) cannot be refunded, as it has already been compensated by replacement. Replacement of items via insurance constitutes final resolution, and no additional refunds will be issued on those claims.

Shipping Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds or credits for delayed deliveries due to these external factors.
