Refund policy RETURN AND EXCHANGE We want you to be completely satisfied with every ANTHEM purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Returned apparel and accessories must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. ANTHEM tags must still be on the item. Personalized items cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we will either replace it for another item or issue a gift card. If you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have credit issued to you in the original form of payment.
