All orders placed before 11:00AM EST will be shipped the same day M-F. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. All domestic orders greater than $50 will receive FREE SHIPPING unless alternate shipping is requested. All orders under $50 are shipped in whichever method is requested.

We move quickly to get your order out the door. Once a tracking number has been assigned, your order has been finalized and is in the shipping process. At that stage, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

*FREE SHIPPING offer valid for deliveries to domestic street addresses only. The free shipping method will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive for all addressed within the contiguous US. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories have an estimated transit time of 4-6 weeks. APO/FPO and all other military addresses have an estimated transit time of 4 weeks.

*UPS Shipping Policies: UPS does not count weekends or the day your order ships toward transit time. Please see below for estimated transit times of our available expedited shipping services via UPS:

Next Day Air: Delivery on the next business day. If your order ships on Monday it will deliver on Tuesday, if shipped on Friday it will deliver Monday. This is the only guaranteed delivery service we offer. Delivery guarantees do not cover weather delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Shipping fee refunds are only available if UPS approves the claim. Customers must contact us in advance if they want to request Saturday delivery.

2nd Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days. If your order ships on Monday it will deliver Wednesday; if shipped on Thursday it will deliver Monday.

UPS Ground: Estimated transit time of 1–5 business days. UPS Ground is not available for shipments to Hawaii; in this case, the warehouse will choose an alternate carrier.

*Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may require one additional business day beyond the stated transit timeframe.

All UPS delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Neven cannot guarantee delivery dates, and is unable to refund shipping fees unless the carrier approves a claim.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories; these shipments are sent via USPS or an alternate carrier.

*FedEx Shipping Policies: All Fedex shipment delivery times are subject to terms and conditions and blackout dates shown at Fedex .

FedEx 2 Day - FedEx does not count weekends, holidays or the day your order ships towards shipping time. If Your Order ships on Monday it will deliver on Wednesday. If your order is shipped Thursday it will deliver Monday.

*FedEx International (2-6 Business Days) Our standard shipping method is FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days. In the rare event that FedEx is unable to deliver to your area, such as rural areas, we will ship your package via an alternative carrier such as USPS, UPS, or DHL." If your package is being shipped to a PO BOX, Parcel collection agent or post office your package will not be shipped via FedEx.

Note: The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and other factors.

International Customs and Duties/Taxes If your package is at your country’s customs department, unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time for how long it will take them to process your package. There are packages that make it through customs inspections within a few days while other times they take a few weeks. Once it clears customs, then it usually only takes 2-3 days for your local post office to deliver it. Neven does not charge additional fees for international orders, however, orders will be subjected to pay international duties & taxes for their respective countries.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for specifics for your country.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return/exchange. Exchange orders and Everlast Warranty claims are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Begin a return or exchange .

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can begin by clicking >> HERE << . If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

One Return or Exchange: You can return OR exchange only once per order within 30 days of the purchase date. Everlast claims and exchange orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Return : To return items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer for a refund, you must send back all 3 pairs together. *Prorated returns cannot be processed.

Exchange : If you only want to exchange for different pairs, you do not need to send all 3. Simply submit a request for the ones you wish to exchange and select the new pairs that we will ship out upon receipt of your package to the warehouse.

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition. If there are signs of use, a $10 fee may be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, along with the cloth pouch, box, and included hard case (Cosmic & 23 styles only).

Shipping: Once you print the return label, make sure to mail the items within 10 days. Late returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Mystery Box pairs, cleaning kits, eyewear straps, and cases cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*International customers are responsible for return postage and must mark all customs forms as "Returned Merchandise." We also recommend labeling the outside of the package as "Returned Merchandise" to help ensure proper customs processing.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests received after 30 days will be treated as an Everlast Claim.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

**International customers are responsible for return postage due to customs forms requirements.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, complete our EU Right of Withdrawal Form or contact our Customer Support team before the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received and include all components, accessories, and other items originally included with the order. The original shipping box, mailer, or other outer packaging used for delivery is not required.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, and any other expenses associated with returning the product.

Please note that certain products may be excluded from the Right of Withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made items.
