Orders will ship within 5 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 and will arrive, on average, 2-8 days after the shipping confirmation email has been sent. If you need your items a little faster, we do offer Priority and Priority Express through USPS, which can expedite the process. These shipping times are estimates and should not be viewed as guaranteed delivery dates. Once the package has been dropped at the post office, it is out of our hands and we cannot control how quickly it arrives to you.

If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to reply to the order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail, and we will do our best to get back to you with an answer in a timely fashion.

Pre-orders will ship when the item is in stock. Sometimes this is before the advertised release date, and sometimes it can be a few days after, depending on the manufacturer.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100.00.

We offer a 30 days return policy on manufacturer's defects only. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and initiate the return process.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition where applicable, with all original packaging present.

Pre-owned and sale items are not eligible for refunds. If you have any questions about a pre-owned or sale item, please ask before you buy.
