Can I return a poster?

You can return unframed/mounted items within 10 days of receipt. All returns can be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10%-15% Frames and framed, canvas transferred and plak mounted posters are not eligible for return . Original posters can be returned for a refund. Original posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition shipped in the original packaging. Reprint or Print posters can be returned for an on-line credit only. Reprint or Print posters must be in undamaged, re-sellable condition and shipped in the original packaging. Do you refund shipping charges?

What if my poster arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, open it immediately and check if the contents have been damaged. If your posters are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photographs of both the packaging and the damaged products in order to accept damaged posters in return. Even if your posters are damaged, no returns will be accepted beyond 10 days after receipt of the posters. Damaged posters will either be refunded or replaced, depending on stock availability.
