Fulfilment method and times

US Customers:Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in the United States.

Rest of the World:Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a notification confirming that it's on the way. When it arrives in your country and is handed over to the local courier, you'll receive an updated shipping notification via email. This email will include your tracking number once it's available.

Shipping address

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Fulfillment times

Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfil your order within 1 business day. However, during busy times, this may increase to 1-3 business days.

Issues regarding delivery

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately at help@cleverpoppy.com.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
