All orders placed Monday - Friday by 3pm EST will ship same day, if product is in stock, if placed past 3pm EST they will ship the next weekday. Orders placed on weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Once your order ships you will receive a notification email containing tracking number and other relevant information.

All orders are shipped via FedEx "Carrier". Once FedEx picks up package DAO Group is not responsible for any Carrier delays or delivery mistakes caused by Carrier. Shipping address must not be a PO Box.

If a product is labeled "Item ships from distribution site" shipping times may vary, please be advised may be delay's. We will do our best to expedite.

DAO Group offers Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping options. All packages weighing up to 5 pounds will ship 2-day shipping by default. Overnight shipping on orders placed before a weekend or Holiday are delivered per FedEx on next business day, for example if order on a Friday package is delivered on Monday.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ShopDAO@daogroup.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at ShopDAO @daogroup.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original outgoing shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
