How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders that are placed Monday – Friday before noon (EST) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm (EST) or on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day. There are some instances when orders will not ship the same day. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

PLEASE NOTE: Contrasto is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please request a signature if you have issues with packages going missing, otherwise we hold no liability if tracking shows as delivered.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my house?

Domestic (U.S.) Orders:If you have chosen ground shipping, you will receive your package within 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.

International Orders:International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information may cause delays in delivery.

How do I cancel / change my order?

To cancel or change an order, you must e-mail us by 11am (EST) with the following info:

- Your order number or e-mail address that the order was placed under- Exact details of how you would like us to modify your order

If you call or e-mail after 11am (EST), we will do everything possible to correct your order before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee that your order can be modified after 11am (EST).

How do I know my order went through?

After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that status what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped to.

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received it please contact customer support: info@contrasto.nyc

Eligibility

The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will issue a prepaid return label.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.

Items must be in new, unused condition — no odors, stains, hair, or other signs of wear.

Items must be completely resalable.

Non-returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, hats, underwear, and swimwear are final sale.

Drinkware is final sale.

Discounted or sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Limited release items are final sale.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our products.If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for a refund on your original purchase.

If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Include your packing slip with the return and wrap the item securely.For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insurable shipping method.We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to contrasto.nyc.
