How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

•We ship from multiple warehouses located in states like California, New Jersey, Texas, and countries like China. Shipping time depends on your location. Our standard shipping timeframe within the United States is typically 7 to 15 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process the package. For orders outside the United States, the timeframe is 10 to 20 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process your package. In general, expect to receive your package within 10 to 20 business days in the U.S. and 20 to 30 business days for international orders.

•However, delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending on your location and how long it takes to clear customs. Please note that delivery time may vary during holidays or limited edition releases.

•For special and promotional items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as they may be MADE TO ORDER.

•We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor for any additional fees, customs taxes, or final charges incurred.
