Shipping HEAVY AND/OR BULKY EQUIPMENT When purchasing equipment that is too heavy or bulky, we will contact the customer after the purchase to confirm a delivery date by our delivery team, or have the item delivered by specialized carriers. Refund policy Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
