6 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Products Accepted:
NEW products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Exceptions:
Detergent, skincare products and Gift Certificates are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Refunds/Store Credit:
To initiate a return, use the Order Lookup form below and select the products for return. You will need to choose a return type (refund or store credit). A shipping label for returning your product(s) will be emailed to you. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval (or rejection) of your return.
If approved, your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you request store credit, you will be emailed a redemption code which can be used at esemblybaby.com to make a new purchase.
