Once production is complete, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the shipping schedule.

For shipments that include carrier tracking, a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Same-Day Rentals (Props, Photobooths, Fun Food Machines)

•We offer same-day setup and pickup services for rentals such as props, photobooths, and fun food machines.

•Standard rentals are same-day only; keeping units beyond one day is not offered by default.

•If you need extended rental time, please contact us in advance — we will do our best to accommodate.

Neon Signs Orders

We offer the following shipping options for Neon Signs:

FedEx, DHL, or UPS Expedited Shipping with Tracking for U.S. or Worldwide delivery (estimated 7–10 business days in transit). Please contact us to arrange this option.

Production & Dispatch

•Because items are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the product and design requirements.

•After production is complete, we will notify you via email or phone with the shipping schedule.

•If the chosen carrier provides tracking, we will share your tracking number as soon as it is issued.

Inflatable Orders (Shipping Coverage)

For Inflatable orders, we currently deliver within Canada & the U.S..

Carrier Delays & Risk of Loss

•Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons.

•Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier at once, then notify us within 48 hours with photos.

•Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Thank you for shopping with PartyBox Entertainment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made-to-Order)

Most items and services offered by PartyBox Entertainment are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order.

For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, and returns are not accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Production Begins: If you need to update artwork, colors, quantities, or event details, contact us immediately. Minor edits may be accommodated at our discretion.

After Production Has Started: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once materials are allocated or production has begun.

Deposits: All deposits and booking retainers are non-refundable.

Quality Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items)

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from your approved proof/specification, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number.

•Upon verification, our remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item(s).

•We do not offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items.

•Claims submitted after the stated window or without required documentation may be denied.

Event Services (Delivery, Setup & On-Site)

Scheduling: Start times are scheduled in advance. Please ensure venue access (doors, loading, elevator clearance) and permissions are arranged.

Weather & Safety: For safety reasons, certain outdoor setups may be postponed or modified at our discretion. In such cases, we will offer a date change or comparable indoor alternative. Refunds are not provided.

No-Show / Late Access: If our team cannot complete setup due to venue inaccessibility, missing permits, or absent site contacts, the order is considered fulfilled; no refunds apply.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Tracking & Signature: Orders ship with tracking; signature may be required for higher-value shipments.

Damage in Transit: Report visible damage to the carrier at delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s).

Wrong/Insufficient Address: Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: custom or personalized goods, made-to-order products, used/opened items, clearance items, digital files, design work, and any product exposed to event use.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We investigate all claims and provide shipping, delivery, and production documentation as applicable. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to deny service for abusive or fraudulent activity.

How to Report an Issue

To help us assist you quickly, email info@partyboxto.com within the stated timeframes and include:

•Order number and contact information

•Clear photos/videos of the issue (including packaging, if applicable)

•A brief description of what happened and what was expected
