All of our furniture is handmade to order.

Lead times vary depending on the product and time of year.

The most accurate lead time is always shown on the individual product page at checkout.

Delivery Services

Most orders are shipped with DHL.

Very large or oversized items may be delivered by a private courier or by our own team.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland.

Delivery Times

Standard courier deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Larger private courier deliveries may take a little longer - we’ll always arrange a convenient time with you in advance.

Packaging

All furniture is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Please check your parcel on delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Furniture

All of our furniture is handmade to order in custom sizes and finishes. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items once an order has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged in transit:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase - after this time, materials may already have been cut and work started, and your order cannot be cancelled.

Customisation Disclaimer

As every piece is handmade, natural variations in wood grain, knots, and finish are to be expected. These are not considered faults and are part of the character of our furniture.
