At Kitchen Envy, o ur goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across Canada, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We know our rates might seem a little expensive, but this is literally what it costs us. Keep in mind, shipping is free over $149.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Our shipping department hands your package to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. It might take up 5 business days if we are very busy.

Shipping time: The time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping within Canada is 1 to 2 business days within the province. 3 to 7 business days for national shipping, but it can take longer from time to time (depending on parcel volume, time of the year, and weather). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

*If your address is a PO box, please select the PO Box option as carriers charge extra for deliveries to PO Boxes. Thank you.

* Some items will feature a Pre-Order button instead of "add to cart" , this means that the item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as we receive our next shipment (usually 2 to 3 weeks).

* If you have both "in stock" and "Pre-Order" items in your order and you wish for the "in stock" items to be shipped right away and the "Pre-Order" items to be then shipped once in stock, simply let us know by adding a note on your order or by sending us an email.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@kitchenenvy.ca . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issue with the item

If you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and refund the price of the item as well as the shipping.

Changed your mind

If you change your mind or don't need the item anymore, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can catch and cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order is already shipped when receiving your return request, we will ask you to pack and ship the item back to us (at your charge). Once we receive it and inspect it, we will refund you for the price of the item.You can always contact us for any return question at info@kitchenenvy.ca .

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the carrier was unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, and we are unable to contact you to arrange redelivery, you will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the product price only once the item has been returned and inspected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we can not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes over $500 of pre-ordered items, please note that we will not be able to cancel/refund the order once the items have been ordered with our supplier. If the waiting period exceeds 4 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund.
