Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options:

Standard Insured Shipping: 6-12 business days

International ShippingShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days.

Customs, Duties, and TaxesOur company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DamagesOur company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen PackagesWe are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@astrasave.com . If your return is accepted, we'll contact you with instructions on how to return your item for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@astrasave.com .

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including intimate apparel (such as panties, socks, inner-wear, bra-pads, shapewear) due to hygiene conditions, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement if available.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@astrasave.com .
