Returns are eligible if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Please ship your item back within 7 days from when the label is provided for your return to applicable to return or exchange.

Once your return or exchange is initiated and the label is generated, it will be active for 7 days. Returns must be unused, in original plastic packaging, with the tag(s) attached and in original condition. If the item(s) do not follow these guidelines, the return will be rejected and sent back.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $10 flat-rate return processing fee on returned orders and a $5 for exchanges. This will be deducted from your refund amount. If you used a discount on your original purchase, please note that this discount does not apply to the new item when you exchange it. The new item will be charged at its full retail price.

Club Clover points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.

If you used rewards points on an order and the order is then returned, the reward will not be returned to your account.

Once we have received your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and reflect in your account.

International returns are not accepted

If a package is refused, we will be unable to refund the items.

Items purchased on pre-order are specifically made for your order and are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Only one return/exchange per order is permitted.

Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy; late returns, missing tags or packaging, exhibits indicators of or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Stoney Clover Lane may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund or exchange request if suspected of fraudulent behavior.
