As standard please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (accept for ORMA products which are usually delivered 2-3 weeks from date of order), although we aim to dispatch orders the next working day. Other delivery options, including next day delivery may be arranged subject to stock availability, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you want to return items, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights where items are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

Our Voluntary Returns Policy As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from our website within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Cost of Shipping Returned Items If you receive the items correctly and want to return the items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. If the items are being returned because they are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality, Plantex UK will refund the basic shipping costs. Exclusions The following exclusions apply to our Returns Policy for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Policy (unless defective):

Any Dripline, LDPE pipe, MDPE pipe, HDPE pipe, Tricoflex or Hose

Goods made to your specifications or customisation.

A service, if Plantex UK have fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that Plantex UK could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started. Goods remain the property of Plantex UK until paid in full and we reserve the right to levy a 10% handling/restocking charge on goods returned.

We may not give a refund: - If you damage an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it

- If you no longer want an item

- If the item is customised (unless the item is faulty) How to Return items you ordered There are three ways to request to return an item: 1. Call 01304 849205 to talk to someone about returning your item(s). Please have your order details to hand so that we may process it. Calls are charged at standard network rates. 2. Email us on sales@plantexuk.com and please include your order and contact details. We will contact you shortly about how to return the item(s).

Refund We aim to refund within 14 days of receipt of the items unless the items are lost or damaged. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
