Refund policy Returns We love modern design and we know you do too, but sometimes your purchase just does not work out. No problem! We accept returns on a majority of our products, and we are always happy to assist. Below is the information on how returns work. Before returning an item, please contact 2Modern Customer Care at (888) 222-4410 or support@2modern.com to obtain detailed shipping instructions. In general, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, 2Modern will be happy to process a return for you, contingent upon the following: Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the order is returned, please email support@2modern.com with your order number and the return shipping tracking number. All returns will be processed via the original shipping method through which the order arrived (Fedex, freight, etc.). Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by 2Modern. For items offered with free shipping, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund. Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
