If your package is not delivered within expected time frame quoted in checkout, please contact Customer Service here and we will happily assist in tracking/status of your order. We contract with several shipping carriers, and your package may be shipped via USPS or FEDEX. If you are an international customer your package will be shipped with DHL.

Unopened merchandise returned within 30 days from delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Please open your package carefully. We will not replace yarn that has been damaged if you open your package with box cutters or rip it open.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process with your bank.
