U.S. SHIPPING: We offer FREE UPS/USPS ground shipping on all orders within the Continental United States on orders over $99.00. All orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat $8.95 shipping fee. Overnight, 2 day, and 3 day options available where the service is available.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES FOR LARGE OR EXTRA HEAVY ITEMS. THE AMOUNT WILL BE DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We accept orders from all international destinations where allowed to ship, however due to high rate of credit card fraud in some countries, we may request that you pay with PayPal. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all overseas orders. International Shipping Fees start at $69.95.
CANADA: All shipments to Canada have a $40 shipping and handling fee.
ALASKA & HAWAII: All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have a $15 shipping and handling fee.

Returns from Platte River Fly Shop
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all loaded reels and spools.You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
