Freight Service - Certain items cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx because of size, weight and handling considerations. These items will be shipped via freight delivery service. These items include, but are not limited to, any television or display 40 Inches in size, large subwoofers, floor standing speakers and furniture. You will be informed if an item you ordered will be shipped via special freight by the delivery company and for this reason, must have a telephone number that you can be contacted on included with your order information. Shipping via special freight can take up to 7-10 business days depending on location once it leaves our facility and all deliveries are considered a 'threshold' delivery which will be placed inside your home or building. If you require an item be delivered to a specific location or floor in a home/building or require faster shipping on a freight service item, please call us directly to place your order and make those specific shipping arrangements. Freight delivery is NOT available to HI, AK and PR.

UPS Ground - This is the standard shipping method we use for most items. UPS ground takes from 1-6 business days depending on what part of the country your merchandise is being shipped to.

FedEx Ground - This is the standard shipping method we use for most items. Day-definite delivery to 100% of business addresses in the U.S. in 1–5 business day, based on distance to destination. Delivery by end of business day.

For additional services we may use please adhere to the carrier's website. We may or may not use all services that UPS, FedEx, or any freight company provides. We are not responsible for any planned usage of service that we may or may not use that are listed by the carriers.

Currently we only ship within the Contiguous United States. We do NOT ship internationally. We do not ship to HI, AK or PR.We do not ship to prisons or correctional institutions.

We do not ship to APO / FPO addresses or a PO box of any type at this time.

We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, or errors on the part of the carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions and standards in your local delivery area.We cannot be held responsible for errors made directly by the shipping company. If a claim or package tracer needs to be filed because of negligence or error on the carrier's part, we will assist you in any way possible in obtaining that information. All shipments are shipped signature required and should not be left by the carrier at an alternate address. If a package is not properly delivered due to an error on our part, we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in whatever manner necessary.

How do I return a product?

Step 1 - Call or email usStart your return by calling us at 1.888.707.3976 or emailing cs@electronics-expo.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Phone Support available available: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Step 2 - Pack CarefullyPlease secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and box with all accessories and manuals. We recommend double boxing your return by securing the manufacturer's box inside of another box designed for shipping. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a restocking fee. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the shipping box.

Step 3 - Ship the item back to usPlease ship your return to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us. If you received a shipping label with your RMA#, affix the label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at the designated drop-off center.After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method (less any return or restocking fees if applicable*). Please allow up to four billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 days of return.

For the convenience of our local customers, merchandise ordered online may be returned to one of our retail showrooms. Please package all materials as requested above and have your invoice with you. What if my product is defective?

Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 30 day guarantee may be exchanged for a new, working unit. Certain products, like larger TVs, will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 30 day return period has expired.

Conditions and Exclusions

All returned items must be in like-new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Electronics Expo can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Freight & Oversize Return Fees: Items originally shipped via free scheduled delivery/specialty motor freight require special shipping and will incur return fees (starting at $150). Oversize items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Returns for an exchange will also incur return fees.
