Shipping within the United States

All orders shipping direct from Chickadees, over $75 subtotal receive free shipping.

Orders below $75 subtotal are charged a $7 shipping fee.

Orders shipped from brand partners, including but not limited to Tiny Land, Lily & River, Avenlur, Honeysticks, Wee Gallery, Kubiya Games, Ekobo, etc - will include additional shipping charges. These shipping charges will be reflected in cart before purchase.

International Shipping

Our current international markets are Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, U.S. Outlying Islands, the United Kingdom, and more . If you don't see your market listed, feel free to reach out to ask about adding it.

All orders shipping outside the United States will be charged a flat shipping rate of $36 USD.

Currently, customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties fees, which are charged by the carrier upon delivery. Any order over $20 USD is subject to up to 13% in fees upon delivery.

We will gladly except returns or exchange your toys if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact the shop with any issues with 3 days of delivery.

Damaged Items:

Occasionally we miss something in a quality check or something is damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged item please message the shop and we will get it taken care of ASAP.

•Please Provide the Order Number and Photo of Damaged Piece & Package within 3 days of delivery for free return shipping and replacement.

Item Was Not What I Expected or I Changed My Mind:

We understand that when you order things online, sometimes the reality is different than you envisioned.

•We will gladly accept returns of this nature if they are shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact the shop prior to returning your item. When we receive the item in the original, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations for the following items:
