Cuddle Carry & Co. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All are processed within 2-6 business days (longer wait times for additional personalization requests). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on your location, but typically items are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delays:

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

For bulk orders, please email us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com to discuss bulk order discounts. Items purchased in bulk will have the same shipping times as regular orders.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Cuddle Carry & Co. Return and Refund Policy

At Cuddle Carry & Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Process: To start a return, please contact us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at cuddlecarryandco@gmail.com with your order number and details.
