We offer express worldwide delivery on in-stock items, so your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Please note that not all products are available for immediate dispatch. Some items may be subject to the lead times stated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery & Lead Times

For items currently in stock, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days , depending on your location and the delivery service available in your region.

Products with a stated lead time will take longer to dispatch. Where your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched separately or together, depending on availability.

Shipping options and rates for your destination will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are payable directly by the customer where applicable.

Please note that all lead times are indicative only and may be subject to change due to supplier availability, freight conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Method

Small, medium, large, and oversized orders will be delivered by post, courier, or specialist freight carrier, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.

For large or oversized items being delivered to remote or less accessible locations, we may need to obtain a separate freight quote. If this applies to your order, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.

A signature is generally required upon delivery to the nominated address. Deliveries usually occur during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, depending on the carrier and destination. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time or ensure that the carrier will call prior to delivery.

If you require a call before delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please include these in the notes section at checkout. While we will pass these instructions on to the carrier where possible, they cannot always be guaranteed.

Your Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it.

The delivery address to a physical street address is preferred. In some instances, we are unable to deliver to certain PO Boxes or certain freight forwarding addresses.

Insurance & Responsibility

MR AND MRS DESIGNER covers your purchase while it is in transit until it is delivered to the nominated delivery address.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Once the goods have been delivered and signed for at the nominated address, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

If you nominate someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, including a gift recipient, you accept that a signature or proof of delivery at the nominated address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by MR AND MRS DESIGNER.

At MR AND MRS DESIGNER we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Cancellation & Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from MR AND MRS DESIGNER , so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under relevant Consumer Law. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Sales Terms which are found on our website. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. We will not accept the return of the Goods delivered to you if the Goods delivered have been accepted or deemed accepted by you or you wish to change your mind and cancel the Sales Order, unless we choose to do so in our sole discretion. If we do accept a cancellation of your Sales Order, you agree to arrange a return of the Goods, at your cost and risk, to our nominated returns depot or store, as we nominate, and you agree to return the Goods in their original condition, accompanied by the original Sales Order docket receipt or another form of proof of purchase. You also agree that we are entitled to deduct from any refund of the Payment made by you, the cost of the original delivery and an amount that we reasonable believe reflects the loss to us in accepting the cancellation, including any storage costs and any mark down of the price of the Goods.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us at care@mrandmrsdesigner.com.au as soon as possible. MR AND MRS DESIGNER will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Should MR AND MRS DESIGNER approve any amount of refund, it will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived into our warehouse and have gone through inspection.

We recommend you follow the following steps to ensure an efficient returns process:

•Report your return in writing to MR AND MRS DESIGNER by sending an email to either care@mrandmrsdesigner.com.au or calling (03) 9018 7652.

•Pack the goods to be returned as carefully as possible.

•Please retain original packing as this way the goods are ideally protected against damages in transit.
