Shipping Times

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders promptly. While the exact arrival date depends on your location and the carrier, generally shipping takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery for most items.

Free Shipping Eligibility*

•Free shipping is only valid on qualified items and in the lower 48 states.

•Some items are not eligible for free shipping which will be clearly indicated in the product page.

•Customers outside lower 48 states such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and etc. may contact us prior to purchasing for an exact shipping quote.

•Trimleaf reserves the right to change shipping prices and is subject to change without prior notice.

In very rare cases, international fees may sometimes be charged depending on the customer's credit card and issuer. Trimleaf is not liable for these charges. Please contact your bank prior to purchasing.

Damaged Shipment:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@trimleaf.com and we will process an exchange for the same item or return.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the account used when your order was initially placed.

Returns:

Most items are final sale. No returns will be accepted if used or not in original packaging and new condition.

Please contact us first before returning any items as indicated on the product page where a product is final sale.

If an item can be returned:

1. Return must be initiated within 14 days of original order date. 2. Must provide proof of purchase from Trimleaf.com 3. Must be brand new, never been used 4. Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals, accessories and other included or bonus items). 5. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 6. Buyer pays for return shipping.
