7.1 Exclusions Any made to order/bespoke Product will not be refunded in any amount after the 72 hour cancellation window.

7.2 Cancellations Annie Mo's will accept cancellations of orders with no penalty within 72 hours of the order being placed. Any cancellation after the 72 hour period may incur the loss of any deposit paid, and a 10% restocking charge. Cancellations after delivery has been made will incur a collection charge and a further 10% restocking charge as well as a charge for damages/wear and tear.

7.3 Site Returns Please notify Annie Mo’s in writing within 14 days of your intention to return the Product(s) to Annie Mo’s 39 Union Street Aberdeen AB11 5BN

Alternately you can do this via email to info@anniemos.com. All returned Products must be unused and in the original packaging, with any tamper seals intact. Returned Products must reach Annie Mo’s within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. All returned Products must be by a form of recorded or traceable sending. You are responsible for return cost. If the case arises where it would be more suitable for Annie Mo's delivery team to uplift the Product(s) an uplift charge will be incurred. Annie Mo's may wavier "Returned Products must reach Annie Mo’s within 14 days of delivery" if Annie Mo's agrees to uplift the Product(s). Annie Mo's does not give refunds if a Product is returned after 14 days, or for any Product(s) not notified by writing or email within 14 days.
