Shipping Eligibility

Dr. Wonderstone ships federally legal hemp-derived products within the United States where permitted by law.

Billing & Shipping Address Verification

Shipping Rates

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order is accepted by USPS, the package is under the carrier’s control.

Dr. Wonderstone is happy to help provide tracking information or general guidance, but customers are responsible for filing claims directly with USPS for lost, delayed, or missing packages.

Dr. Wonderstone is not responsible for:

•Packages delayed by USPS

•Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS but not received

•Packages lost after carrier acceptance

•Packages damaged in transit after carrier acceptance

•Packages held by the postmaster for inspection
