Free Shipping

Free shipping is applied to all orders over $50 within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $50 or shipments to Canada, shipping rates will be applied depending on transit distance from Los Angeles, CA, as well as the weight of the box.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not been fulfilled and shipped out. Please get in touch with us through our website or whatever online shopping platform you have used to purchase your product as soon as possible to ensure we can cancel your order before it is shipped out.

Damaged Packages

We ensure that all our products are sent out without damages, but we understand that the product can be damaged on its way to delivery. Please reach out to shop@handscraft.com, message us, or through our contact form with Proof of Damage to request a replacement WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your damaged package.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, noon PST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping (Customs/Import Taxes)

Hands Craft does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States and U.S. territories.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Hands Craft ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number should be active once our shipment partner's processing center receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once Hands Craft U.S., Inc. fulfills the shipment by handing over the package to our shipping partners, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

Once the package is picked up, it is on the shipping service to ensure the issue is resolved. We can try submitting a claim from our end, but there is no guarantee the package will be found, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed.

Please double-check your address to ensure it is correct, and try asking your neighbors if they have received your package by mistake. If you have not received your package but have received a notification the package was delivered, please wait up to 24 hours, as the package can arrive hours after the delivery notification is sent out.

Please feel free to contact us if your package is still missing after 24 hours.

Hands Craft – Return & Refund Policy

At Hands Craft, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through our website.

30‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

•The item must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.

•All accessories, manuals and components must be included.

•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

•Opened or used products

•Clearance or final sale items

•Customized or special order products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide photos or videos of the issue.

3. We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.

Hands Craft covers all costs for defective item returns.

Return Shipping Costs

•If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

•If the return is due to a Hands Craft error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

•Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

•Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

•Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

•Contact us to check availability.

•Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return.
