At Midwest Import Supply, we take pride in packing and shipping your orders securely and on time. However, once an item leaves our facility, shipping liability transfers fully to the customer.

1. Shipping Responsibility

All shipping, including standard, expedited, freight, or drop-shipped items, is at the buyer’s risk. Midwest Import Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages once the item has been handed off to the carrier.

You agree not to hold Midwest Import Supply liable for:

Carrier delays or errors

Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

Shipping damages caused in transit

Incorrect delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer

Once the tracking number is issued and the shipment is confirmed with the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled on our end.

2. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and results in a failed or misdirected delivery, you will be responsible for any replacement costs and additional shipping fees.

3. Shipping Claims & Insurance

If you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, you must request it before your order is processed. We will not file claims on your behalf unless previously arranged.

4. Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, but processing may vary based on inventory availability, special orders, or holidays. We will notify you if your order is delayed beyond the standard timeframe.

5. Local Pickup

If selected, local pickup is available at our Oak Creek location. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation for pickup.

At Midwest Import Supply, all sales are final. This policy applies to both parts and service work. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason, including:

Incorrect part selection

Fitment issues due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Service dissatisfaction once work is completed

Please confirm all part numbers, fitment compatibility, and service requests prior to purchasing. Our team is happy to help answer any questions before a transaction is finalized.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and, if appropriate, assist you in pursuing a claim through the product manufacturer if a warranty applies.

We operate on a strict no-refund, no-return basis to maintain fair pricing, ensure part authenticity, and reduce handling errors.
