Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Shipping:

Rate: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping:

Rate: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

•To receive expedited shipping you must email sales@haleysfurnishings.com requesting this. Shipping price is subject to change once quoted for your order to be expedited.

Local Delivery:

Service Area: Huntsville, AL, and surrounding areas within 60 miles

Delivery Time: Date & time will be scheduled with an interiors associate

Rate: Flat rate of $100 for everything EXCEPT our Liberty and Browning Safes, fees may vary for large orders. Safes very depending on the size and details regarding the delivery.

Processing Time

•Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

•Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

•We currently only ship product within the continental United States only

•We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

•Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Items:

•If your item arrives damaged, please contact our interiors team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging (inside and out.)

Missing Items:

•If your order arrives incomplete, please contact our interiors team within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages:

•If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our interiors team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

We have a 3 day full refund policy, which mean you have 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return your items. 14-day store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@haleysfurnishings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For all orders shipped (not local delivery) you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 48 hour inspection rule, which means, when the product is delivered you have 48 hours to send us information regarding the defective, damaged or wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and any and all sale items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All gift cards have a 6 month expiration date, which means your gift card expires 6 months from date of purchase.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
