Subscription Terms

Subscription Purchases. Clinician's Choice offers products available on a recurring subscription basis ("Subscription"), which will renew automatically unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file every 30 days, or at the delivery interval you select ("Billing Period"). By placing your initial subscription order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the auto-renewal terms and this Subscription Policy.

Canceling Your Subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent a future recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the final day of your current Billing Period.
