Gotraka has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order consists of multiple items that may have been delivered on different days then the 14 day starts from the date of delivery of each item.

I changed my mind

The below policy does not refer to faulty/damaged/misdescribed goods – we explain how we manage these scenarios below.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, include all accessories, be in "as new" condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input onto them.

Any free gifts which were included with your order must also be returned.

Please note the below:

•All returns must have an RMA number from us

•Your return will either be arranged with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label or a courier collection – this will be product dependent and confirmed by the gotraka customer support team during the returns process

•Please do not send any items to us of your own accord – we will be unable to reimburse you for any costs borne by you and may result in the return being missed.

•Arranged collections- we will arrange the collection at a time convenient to you, any collection that has been missed will not be re-arranged and additional collection attempts will be chargeable at £10.

•Items must not have been be used, installed or marked in any way. They must have the original packaging which again should be unmarked.

•Any storage device must not have had any data stored upon it

•The item must be returned with all its original parts, accessories, manuals and packaging.

•Please ensure the item is packed suitably for transit via Royal Mail or courier, we will not be held responsible for any item reaching us in poor condition due to insufficient protection and packaging.

•Please ensure that the RMA slip is enclosed in the parcel being returned to us

•Product dependent, returns may be sent away for testing. If this applies to the product being returned this will be communicated to the customer and return instructions provided in writing.

•Software, DVD’s, CD’s, are not eligible for return

•Headphones/Headsets are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons

•All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of raising the RMA

•Returns for installed components as pert of a build whether complimentary or not are ineligible for return.

Please note that we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount (not including any delivery costs) if the item is materially different to its original state whereby we are unable to sell it as new.

My item is faulty

Due to the wide variety of manufacturers we work with and their varied RMA processes we will either raise an RMA directly with the Manufacturer or you will have an RMA directly with us.

Rest assured we will continue to communicate with you through your RMA with us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work to resolve the issue and make it right. If the item packaging is visibly damaged then we ask that you refuse the delivery with the courier partner and let us know

Item missing or incorrect item

If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact Customer Services on 020 8208 1234 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Returned items that have been tested and are not faulty

An item that has been returned as faulty which turns out not to be faulty after one of our technicians have inspected it will not be eligible for a refund. We will contact you to arrange the item to be returned back to you – the cost of which will be covered by yourself.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days - we allow this length of time due to credit card processing times not ourselves. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@gotraka.com.
