DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders made before 4pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same working day.

Standard shipping services are 2-3 days for mainland UK; Scotland and Northern Ireland may differ.

Next-day delivery upgrade is available for the majority of the UK.

**Please note that deliveries will be undertaken Monday – Saturday with a 2 hour delivery window. Small & Medium format items will only receive 1 delivery attempt to door; undelivered parcels will be redirected to the closest InPost locker, from where the recipient will have 3 days to collect. Alternatively, the recipient can select a safe place via the InPost app or website. Large format items will continue to receive 3 delivery attempts prior to being returned to sender.

All UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in the West Midlands.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped , containing your tracking link, if you haven't received these please check your spam folder.

Alternatively, you can log into your Gravity Fitness Account and track your order!

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

All UK orders are shipped with either Yodel or DPD.

EU Orders are Shipped with DPD or DHL.

International Orders are Shipped via DHL.

At Gravity, we always strive to be the best we can be, but we appreciate that occasionally issues arise. We promise that in the unlikely event you wish to return your item, we will work with you to offer the absolute best possible service. Please get in touch with our customer services team to initiate the process.

We ask that all returns are approved and an RMA number issued before an item is returned, as without this, it can be very difficult for us to track your return. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the front of the box. Any returns received without an RMA number clearly marked will delay any refunds. All returns must be in like new condition and in their original packaging.

Extended Returns Policy

We have extended our usual returns period. Any purchases can be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt.

You'll need to have proof of purchase to be able to use the extended returns period. All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Items

If you decide that the item(s) you have purchased aren’t what you were looking for, you have 60 days from when you receive them to return them to us. They must be unused and in their original condition. The returned product(s) must include all contents, including instructions and packaging. You must contact us to start the free returns process.

Faulty/Damaged Items

In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged or faulty item so that we can start to resolve the issue. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

We will not confirm that we have received your returned parcel. Upon receipt of your items, it can take up to 10 working days to process. Refund payments will be refunded to the payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach the original payment method once processed.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know urgently. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order, we will be unable to cancel it.
