We are not held accountable for any delays caused by the postal carrier. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. Packages are delivered to the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left if it is in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Please be sure to input a shipping address where you know you or someone will be available to accept the package.

All Sales Final Policy

We understand that you may want to return or exchange an item you have purchased from our store. However, please note that all sales are final and no refunds are issued. This is because we offer a wide variety of products and services, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock or resell returned items.

Exceptions We will only make exceptions to our all sales final policy in the following cases:

•If the item you received is damaged or defective.

•If you received the wrong item.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).

Once we have received your request, we will review it and issue a return or exchange authorization if necessary. You will then be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.

Refunds If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Please allow 3-5 business days for the new item to arrive.
