Selecting an upgraded shipping method at checkout will remove the free shipping option

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (carrier selected based on weight and destination)

Processing Time:

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment

Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day

During peak periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via USPS International Priority

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

If shipping charges are calculated incorrectly, actual shipping costs will apply.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

GroVia is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit unless shipping insurance is purchased.

All orders include tracking or delivery confirmation

If insurance is purchased and a package is lost or damaged, we will replace the items at no additional cost

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is not eligible for replacement

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Go to your Account Order Page

Click the three dots next to the order

Select “Request return”

Choose item(s), add notes if needed, and submit

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for review. Our customer care team will follow up with next steps.

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION GUIDELINES

To ensure safety and product quality, all returned items must be:

Unused, unwashed, clean, and in original packaging with tags attached

Free of odors, stains, residue, lint, or pet hair

Complete with all parts, inserts, and accessories

Due to the nature of diapering products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

For approved defective returns, items must be clean and dry before being sent back. We are unable to handle soiled or wet items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or fall outside the return window.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved

Orders over 90 days old are eligible for store credit only

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund

Additional notes:

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns

If your return drops your order below the free shipping threshold, original shipping is deducted from refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Gift-with-purchase items must be returned or will be deducted from your refund

Financed Orders: Refunded through Sezzle, Klarna, AfterPay, or Paypal and ShopPay financing are less a 7% processing fee

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges across most of our catalog (stock permitting).

To exchange an item:

Submit a return request for your unused item

Once approved, you’ll receive store credit to select a new size, color, or product

Please note:

Clearance and “final sale” items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size

The 10% restocking fee is waived for exchanges

Shipping costs are not included in store credit

Gift-with-purchase items may be kept and do not need to be returned for exchanges

BUNDLES & DIAPER PACKAGES

Returning part of a bundle voids the bundle discount

Kept items will be adjusted to full retail price

Gift items must be returned or their value will be deducted

Promotions (including gift cards) may be adjusted if eligibility changes after a return

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Order number

Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)

Photos of the product

A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. The sooner you contact us the more likely we are to get a resolution if there is a delivery carrier issue involved.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We move fast. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible.

Once an order is in processing or shipped, we’re unable to modify it. You can still initiate a return after delivery.
