Shipping & Handling charges are 16% of order value on all small package (ground only) and freight shipments to the 48 contiguous states. There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.95. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii & International), and express shipments please call for shipping charges.

Most items are in stock for immediate delivery. During our busy season, you may experience a delay in delivery of products that we manufacture. These products are coded with the letter M at the end of the item number (example: BC023M). You have our assurance that all orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible

Express ShippingIf you require express shipping (next day air, 2nd day air, etc.), charges in excess of the amount shown on your order will apply. Your credit card will be billed separately, at time of shipment for these additional shipping charges. Specify when you need the merchandise to be delivered in the Order Comments. We will determine the most economical method of shipment and contact you for approval. Express shipments are billed at the actual shipping amount.

LOADING DOCK: If no loading dock is available and your shipment requires (or you requested) a lift gate truck, additional charges will apply.

INSIDE DELIVERY: Inside Delivery requires an additional charge.

Free Shipping ExclusionsFreight items, most drop ship items (indicated with stock numbers ending with a "D"), and items with special shipping charges such as starter pistols are excluded from special shipping offers. Normal shipping charges will be applied to those items. Free shipping offers not valid on international orders and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@school-tech.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Return Authorization Number must appear on your shipping label for us to credit your account quickly and properly. We do not charge restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can always contact us for any return question at service@school-tech.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
