Effective January 1, 2024 All Glassware, this only includes items that are glass or porcelain, will only be shipped via UPS.

Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is placed and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed, boxed and shipping from our NCTA Store in Raleigh. Please note: any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

Some packages may take longer than the expected delivery time picked.

Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

NCTA insures each purchase for up to $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Additional Insurance can be purchased.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at 919.615.3242 within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipment Tacking: You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

Changing Shipping Address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Lost or Stolen Package: If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact us 919.615.3242.

Returns You have 30 days to return your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. To return an item, please contact the NCTA Store 919.615.3242 or nctastore@nc.rr.com.

NCTA Store accepts returns/exchanges on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. NOT applicable for returns: Sale, Clearance, Custom Made items.

•NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage or defect.

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank/credit card again.If you still don't see it please contact your bank or credit card company, There is often some processing time, up to 14 days, before a refund is posted. ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please give us a call 919.615.3242 or send us an email at nctastore@nc.rr.com.

North Carolina Troopers Association Store, 3228 Garner Rd, Raleigh NC 27610.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will reach us.
