Cost of Shipping

Orders of $95 or more qualify for free shipping! Orders under $95 ship for a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping.

Free shipping is not available on orders with a total weight over 35 lbs. or on oversized items such as luggage, crash pads, dog beds, etc. This also includes Bogg Bags which have a $15 shipping fee.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipping outside the Continental US.

Estimated Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders usually process and ship within 2-5 business days, and will take additional business days to be delivered once it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times depend on your shipping address location and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days after placing order. However, this is not a guarantee, and some orders may take longer. All orders ship from Southeastern United States.

Most orders placed after 3pm CST will not be processed until the following day. If you place it after 3pm CST on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.

MHO uses UPS and USPS for all shipping.

All orders placed for "In-Store Pickup" are subject to a 2-6 day processing period.

Item Availability

MHO operates 16 retail locations from which product is often sourced for orders. There is a very slim possibility that an item ordered on the site gets sold in the store before it can be boxed and shipped for an online order.

Package Theft or Destruction

If there is a chance of package theft or destruction, contact us and make arrangements for signature delivery. Mountain High is not responsible for theft or destruction of package.

Order Cancellations

Mountain High reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been processed incorrectly due to website or user error. This includes orders submitted with product, coupon code or a promotion that was not displayed or executed as intended.

Due to manufacturing delays, we are unable to accommodate bulk re-shipper orders at this time. Any order flagged as a bulk re-shipper may be canceled and refunded with or without notice.

How Do I Make a Return?

Eligibility for Return

The return must be handled within 30 days of purchase for refunds, or 60 days for exchanges.

The returned merchandise must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, in original resalable condition, with tags.

Footwear that came inside of a box must be returned inside of a second, outer box. If sent back without an outer box, a 20% fee will be charged.

Items discounted at 30-39% are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Items discounted at 40% or more are FINAL SALE. No exchanges, refunds, or store credit can be given.

Climbing gear, water filters, underwear, and food items are FINAL SALE.

NOTE: For safety reasons, we follow industry standards with respect to Climbing Gear, Underwear, and Water Filters. We cannot accept returns of climbing gear/protection, ropes, webbing/cord, harnesses, underwear, or water filters -- all sales are FINAL on these items.

Can I Make a Return In Store?

Yes! Items may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations, no return shipping fee needed! We encourage you to read through the MHO return policy above to ensure your item/s are valid to be returned or exchanged. Holiday Season Return Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many of the products we sell come with limited or lifetime warranties. Check the website for the brand that makes the product to determine the warranty and return policy. Some brands prefer to handle damaged or defective items themselves, while others prefer the customer to return the item where purchased. If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from our website or in our stores, you can either bring it into one of our stores, return it directly to the manufacturer or call for a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send it.
