We are so confident that you will love growing with GreenStalk that if you are not completely satisfied with your planter, send it back for an exchange or full refund less return shipping within 90 days of purchase. Contact us at support@greenstalkgarden.com for a Fedex Return label at a flat rate cost of $20 for large boxes (with blue, green, or brown stamp) or $10 for smaller accessory boxes. Please note, perishable items such as seeds and fertilizer cannot be returned. We are also not able to process returns for international orders at this time.
